Join Sally for a relaxing yoga class offering a peaceful escape from the stresses of everyday life in preparation for the needle felting class. Through gentle stretches, mindful breathing and soothing relaxing poses you’ll be able to release tension, improve flexibility and feel calm, refreshed and balanced ready to enjoy the workshop with a clear mind.
