Payment Methods and Shipping

If you wish to pay for products using an alternative payment system (such as Paypal), please contact us by email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you live in Durham (or are willing to drive in) we can arrange pickup from the store, either when we are officially open (Friday and Saturday) or by appointment. For the present we have set a flat rate shipping fee. If you want to order a small quantity of wool or just needle/crochet accessories please drop us an email first, as we can probably ship for less. All packages will be sent via Royal Mail.
