Payment Methods and Shipping

If you live in Durham (or are willing to drive in) we can arrange pickup from the store. For the present we have set a flat rate shipping fee. All packages will be sent via Royal Mail and are posted on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We regret to state that, owing to recent changes in EU shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to EU member countries. We are still free to ship elsewhere but are conscious that shipping and customs may be prohibitive. Please contact us if such costs are not a barrier.
